can chickpeas
drained

large sprigs fresh coriander

Juice of one whole lemon

extra virgin olive oil

green tapenade
Instructions
Blend together, pour into a serving bowl.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh coriander and serve.
Notes
You can add 2-3 tablespoons of tahini to this recipe to make a full hummus, but keep in mind it will up the calorie count.
