This green olive hummus recipe is super easy and quick to make. It’s perfect as a lunchtime treat on rustic olive bread, or as dip and appetiser.
Green olive hummus
- 240 g can chickpeas drained
- 3 large sprigs fresh coriander
- ¼ tsp each of salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Juice of one whole lemon
- 100 ml O for Olive extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp O for Olive green tapenade
- Blend together, pour into a serving bowl.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh coriander and serve.
